During my stay, I loved the short stroll to Dubai Festival City Mall, which was just a little over 1 km away, and I enjoyed the quick visit to the Jameel Arts Centre, about 2 km from the hotel, adding a touch of culture to my weekend walks in the city. the breakfast was a fantastic treat every morning, making my experience even more delightful.

Our group had an amazing time at the hotel! With direct access to the Festival City Mall, we loved shopping and dining. The breakfast was impressive with so many options! We also enjoyed trying out the local dishes on a foodie tour nearby.

However, one issue we faced was that the pool was under renovation, which was disappointing but we managed to enjoy other aspects of our stay.

The connected mall was a fantastic bonus, providing easy access to plenty of dining choices. However, the breakfast area felt quite crowded, and it would’ve been great if crowd management improved. Additionally, I experienced a minor issue with the bathroom lights not functioning properly, which disrupted my sleep. Overall, a solid stay, but those minor inconveniences could use some attention.

We stayed for 4 nights in a standard room, and it was super chill! The staff were amazing, especially Mani, who made our room spotless and always had a friendly smile. The poolside snack bar was a hit with the kids. Only thing was, it could get a bit noisy on weekends, but we still loved it!
